You must purchase the card yourself at the sales points after your check-in.
As a partner company, we will provide you with the card immediately upon arrival.
The card is already valid on the day of arrival. If you want to arrive in the morning and the apartment is not available until the afternoon, you can arrange with us to pick up the card in the morning!
