The spacious 105 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via an outside staircase with its own entrance. After a sporty ascent, you will be rewarded with a wonderful panoramic view of the Tyrolean mountains.
The living room with sofa and relax armchair invite you to a cozy get-together. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker; Soda Streamer Crystal, Blender. Three bedrooms - one with a double bed (180x200cm), the other with two single beds (90x200cm) and another room with a double bed (180x200cm).
Relaxation and recreation afterskiing or hikingoffers the infrared sauna with either full-spectrum rays to really work up a sweat or with Magnesium heaters for a gentle warmth.
A desk is located in the spacious hallway.
A relaxed holiday with the little ones and little ones without a lot of luggage! Cots, fall protection, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, step booster, children's crockery, microwave vaporizer, child safety sockets are provided free of charge upon request. We also provide toys, painting materials and children's books.
We can provide 6 sleeping places for adults. Additionally or alternatively, 2 cots can be provided. We ask you to coordinate the need with us beforehand.
A small, shared children's playground with a slide, swing and trampoline is located behind the house. At the parking lot below in front of the house there is a parking space for bicycles, prams, touring skis.
The prices are understoodincluding local tourist tax and final cleaningand in summer including Sommer Card Pitztal (note validity); in winter including ski depot for 4 sets at the Hochzeiger cable cars. Free cancellation possible up to 48 hours after booking.
After this period, a cancellation fee of the following amount applies: up to 22 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount from 21 days to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount from 6 days before arrival or no-shows (non-commencement of the trip), 90 % of the total amount Changes to the travel date are treated as cancellations or new bookings.
A deposit of 30 % is required. The remaining payment is to be transferred 22 days before arrival. In the case of short-term bookings, the total amount must be transferred or, in the case of very short-term bookings, in cash on site.
